WHERE WE SHIP
Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times after that:

Canada: 10 to 15 business days
United Kingdom: 8 to 14 business days
Australia: 6 to 12 business days
New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can happen with customs and during busy periods.

Free on every order, to every country we ship to.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to start updating.

WHERE ORDERS SHIP FROM
Our products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China directly to you.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, email contact@doughyco.com and we will refund or resend it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
